Pros

I like that I've had the opportunity to grow within my department and take on higher responsibilities, resulting in a higher salary and bonuses. I enjoy the people that I work with and the atmosphere of the office. The NY office is young and social. It's easy going and often these become the people that you hang out with outside of the work day. I've attended many company happy hours, concerts and sporting events which are obvious perks.

Cons

The work load can get heavy at times.

Pros

I have been employed with PSP for 13 years. During these 13 years, it has been a wonderful work experience. The managers are great! They are understanding and treat you with respect. When they see that you have done a good job, they are very eager and generous to reward your effort. I have been to sporting events, concerts, traveled, and experienced some of the best restaurants in the country. I have also benefited from some of the great friendships I have been able to form throughout the years working at PSP. For anyone looking for a great work environment and career opportunity, I would highly recommend looking into a career with PSP.

Cons

I have no cons. Wonderful company

Good Sales Job

Pros

I've been with PSP since summer of 2015. If you're interested in any type of sales I'd recommend the job. You learn the fundamental aspects of selling and working in a competitive environment. The money is great and unlike most sales jobs, the base salary is high. From my experience with the company, the bad reviews are prob from people who expected a sales job to be easy or aren't meant to be in sales. There are monthly incentives and contests. I like the people I work with. . Like all sales jobs, the more you work the better you are, the more money you make.

Cons

Cons are you're on the phone and inside all day but that's typical of an office job.
