Acquisitions bring change. And we’re pleased to share that the rumors mentioned in this post are, frankly, not true. The majority of acquired employees stay with Progress post-acquisition, and our inclusive, welcoming culture is well known and cherished by our employees. Our team is also heavily invested in several programs like our Women in STEM scholarship series, which have helped to build a pipeline of diverse, creative leaders, both at Progress and in our community at large. We’re especially proud to say that half of our Progress leadership team and 1/3 of our global population is made up women. In addition, approximately 1/3 of our U.S. population is made up of people of color.
