Good company culture, Flexibility, Very friendly team mates, Nice new office in Rotterdam and freedom to WFH,

Cons

No career opportunities, you have to work at the same position for 5 years to hope becoming senior. Heavy micromanagement from one COM Supervisor, Low compensation in comparison to tasks to achieve, Working with outdated tools in an IT company.
