Pros

The salary is very competitive, there are many smart and experienced colleagues to learn from and that are nice people to work with. The office is great, but you can mainly work remote as well if you want to. There is 13th salary + performance bonuses. 31 days off, another 2 days for social contriburion like blood donation. Parental leave, motherly leave, fully paid sick leave.

Cons

Still working 5 days a week, 40 hrs total! It's 2022 and not productive for such a mentally demanding job.
