The pay was good and had the option to wfh. Not much else.

Cons

Volume of claims you were expected to manage was unrealistic with the metrics to match. Management was just as inundated with work and had no time to assist with anything and only managed to get around to berate employees for not meeting the unrealistic metrics. The pay was nice but not worth the stress. Good luck and beware.
