Good pay, work from home during covid

Cons

Too many claims not enough adjusters... to keep up with the high volume of claims you had to pick up extra shifts and work 10-12 hour days just to stay afloat

Workload. Management repeats the same things constantly. Processes and procedures changed from supervisor to supervisor and management.
