Pros

A great place to work with good benefits and unlimited over time. Pay isn't bad and schedules are pretty flexible.

Cons

The company is more focused on making money and being profitable than they are their employees. Managers show favoritism and moving up is mostly based on tenure and who you know as opposed to work ethic. Non stop fast paced work environment.

Pros

Culture was great, I didn't feel micromanaged, it was very open, made a lot of friends, felt like I had the freedom to do as I wanted

Cons

Metrics, I'm the sort of person that likes to recap and make notes after my calls rather than take notes while the next call has already started. This made my overall metrics bad.
