Pros

Very team orientated, lots of food events, great benefits and gainshare was nice.

Cons

I worked here back in the Peter Lewis days. Back then, phone work focused on giving the customer the best, most personable experience possible. By the time I left, you would get dinged for not following exact scripting and pushing things people did not ask for, like a homeowners quote. They even force employees to agree to arbitration these days with a shortened statute of limitations - very anti-employee.
