      Periodic work from home was a plus relaxed a little on the hours

      Cons

      very metting oriented driven on Matrix rather than employee performance Managers seem not to care about employees just the numbers.

      Good Training for New Employees

      Pros

      Learn the insurance industry from a well run training organization. There is structure in place to learn what you need to know.

      Cons

      The only thing that matters is the shareholder. If the results aren't there, the organization will re-structure. Also, benefits were awkward to use outside of Cleveland.
