Pros

Permitted to take breaks and lunch when you want to. Freedom to do whatever you want, but if you are not doing what you are supposed to be doing, it falls on you for making poor decisions.

Cons

Redundant job duties. Anyone that is able to pick up a phone and dial the 800 number, competent or not, you will have to help them.

Pros

Plenty of paid time off after you've been there for awhile. Benefits are pretty good compared to large companies. Onsite Fitness Center/Dr. Office

Cons

There may be work life balance in some areas, but not in IT. Lately a management theme of consistently putting you in situations where you are not setup to be successful and questioning why things are delayed or you can't take on more workload. It adds to large amounts of stress and very little job satisfaction. Some managers are visibly rewarded for not following core values Massive focus on maximizing efficiency and costs at expense of employees well being.
