Business Outlook

Pros

Gainshare Work from home Heavily focused on diversity and inclusion Rewards Good health insurance Training

Cons

Be prepared for back to back phone calls from start of shift to end, regardless of the days you work. Over 1000 calls in queue at times. You are forced to get people to quote renters insurance, their main metric which changes every year. Antiquated work equipment. Leadership rarely has people of color. Burn out from stress of unattainable performance goals. Unvaccinated gets a surcharge on their health benefits per pay period.

No work life balance

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Diversity and inclusion is strong

Cons

No work life balance. Since working remote the company begs you to work every single day and since you are salary you do not get compensated for any work over 40 hours. Management will tell you it will take at least 60 hours to keep up with full volume.
