Pros

Easy System to work, The pay is great that was offered

Cons

Not a great balance for Work and Family, Shifts are Long. Not really fair towards mothers who have their toddler at home with them, just my personal opinion.

Annual gain share, flexible lunches and breaks

Cons

Not much advancement with growth with them closing departments. Some managers micromanage to the MAX! Metrics are ridiculous and hard to meet pha which they claim isn’t selling but it is! Calls back to back ALL day.

Pros

Remote, schedule flexibility, room for growth in CRM department.

Cons

To many changes, they state there is no sales in the role but there in fact is. You will be asked to ask customers if they want renters, homeowners, auto, motorcycle insurance etc.
