Horrible Company

Pros

There are absolutely NO Pros.

Cons

There was no work-life balance. Management pretends to care about employees but truly does not. The environment was extremely stressful, and the pay was far too low compared to the cost of living. I couldn’t make ends meet; I had no food in my fridge, struggled to put gas in my car just to get to work the two required days, and couldn’t pay my bills.

Pros

Profit Sharing is about it from the claims department

Cons

They get such great reviews as a company but let’s average the claims department and it would be ZERO. Workload is completely unmanageable. When you’re in training there’s no clue how much of a nightmare it is. I could go on and on. Everyone that went thru onboarding with me is gone!!! Only one moved because of a promotion. Everyone else quit!!! You can’t apply for other jobs until you’re successful with the volume claims so it’s a dead end.

Pros

Working from home. Health Insurance.

Cons

Having to use bathroom on breaks, metrics, bad supervisors, poor rushed trainings, employees acting like customers calling in to test agents knowledge of guidelines, and causing stress on agents. Purposely causing agents to not get sales. Hard to move out of initial department. Easy to get written up. Only get promoted if you are abc community. High turnovers. Promote empathy to customers but don’t show it to employees. Bad supervisors who are promoted with no managerial training or education.
