Pros

Opportunity for licensing and additional incentives

Cons

Sales and service will get more green alert (voluntary time off) where blended does not get the same availability despite blended taking the additional call flow from both departments.

Pros

- Helpful team - Solid benefits - Good pay - had the opportunity to work from home at the time - Great training

Cons

- Requires rigorous time management - Handling claimants requires a lot of patience - You need to handle pressure; if claims spike you will need to have a strong foundation - Need to force work/life balance - Outside of claims, the role doesn't translate well to other career paths

Pros

Extremely flexible, great coworkers, lots of clubs to join and activities office. Training for PIP is thorough and long, about 5 months.

Cons

In a nutshell it’s the workload. I’m not completely out of on-boarding yet but I’m told by tenured reps that they typically carry 130-150 open claims. You get up to 3 new claims/day, plus assist when coworkers are out of office. You are salaried so the expectation is to get the work done, regardless
