Pros

Small bonus, pto that you could use if the workload was reasonable

Cons

Sink or swim, they will pile claims and the pressure on. You’re a number, not a person. Everything that is wrong with corporate America to the max.

Good culture, heavy workload

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Good managers, helpful coworkers, overtime pay (in California), remote work, good CEO, gainshare bonus every year, it feels like overall the company cares about people

Cons

Workload was way too heavy, very little help when overwhelmed, have to work overtime to even get the majority of the work done, talking to disgruntled customers a lot, intense performance metrics that were hard to meet due to the workload

Not worth it

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

Gainshare bonus, work from home, not much else I just needed 5 words which is funny

Cons

Workload not sustainable, higher ups guilt you into taking more work, heavy on the “we love work/life balance!” but leave out the part where you’re expected to feel guilty and/or check your desk on your days off, not willing to work with or understand parents working from home with children

Pros

"Work from home" (with weekly in-office requirements).

Cons

Toxic leadership culture. Total "boys club" -- if you're in, you're in. If you're not, they'll do what they can to make the job hell. High workload with unrealistic expectations -- and immediate write ups if you fail to meet their expectations. Zero leader support. My sup was verbally abusive every single day, and would REFUSE to handle escalations. Low office morale. Everyone is miserable and wants to leave. They say the high turnover is due to promotion -- it isn't. It's because everyone leaves.
