      Pros

      It is like a family, the executives really care about you, your voice is heard, snack bars, cereal bar, great bonus system, opportunities for growth.

      Cons

      It can be hard to get days off when you want them if you work in OPS.

      Pros

      10% bonus, laid back work environment, helpful co workers, occasional team outings & team lunches, just the right amount of work, work doesn’t bleed out if 9-5 hours.

      Cons

      Like any software development job, some tasks/issues can be boring.

      Pros

      Awesome team leads and supervisors, flexible schedules, great pay ,comfortable work environment , great people, amazing work incentives like free ice cream, free snacks, free drinks, awards for your achievements, decent home/ work balance

      Cons

      No option to work from home yet but I know they are working on it; hopefully in the next couple or few years tenured agents will have that option.
