Pros

Free snacks, free soda, free breakfast cereal with milk, free gym to work off all those calories, great health plans, 401k, stock purchase options, opportunities to move up, professional development, many pathways for internal advancement, yearly paid day off with free tickets to a theme park (Lagoon day) with a prize giveaways and hamburgers! They treat you like a human being. You are instructed to always do the right thing, no ethical conflicts of doing something for a buck that hurts or deceives a customer (unlike other companies). Great benefits package, tuition reimbursement, high pay, everything is awesome!

Cons

None that I can see.

Pros

Peers, atmosphere outside of training, many kind people.

Cons

Humiliation of new hires in front of entire class. Training is not adequate. Orientation trainer threatens punishment if you don't pass a first (surprise) test AFTER telling you not to worry, and they are there to help you succeed. You may not take any notes home to study, and are not informed of important things to remember for any tests. No integrity, Employees are NOT VALUED- at least not with the current trainer. Many are left sobbing in class, and during breaks. Trainer tells untoward personal stories for much of class, which causes loss of training time. You are sent to take calls with an other classmates instead of placing you with an experienced person to help. If employee has stomach issues beyond their control during class, be compassionate instead of making them feel at fault for running to the restroom for an emergency.

Pros

The pay and benefits are ok

Cons

They lie and discriminate. Based on these recent reviews I see they know they are wrong.
