      Culture is dead here, ask the CTO what culture means to him and you'll understand why. Processes have been thrown out because they slow things down, and we can't make money unless we're going fast.

      Market value pay, good benefits, flexibility, challenging work/projects/opportunities to learn

      Cons

      Patriarchal environment from the top down. General acceptance of men’s “right” to exclude and devalue women (comments about women’s morality, excluding women from team meetings and events, virtue signaling/refusing to ride alone in a car with a female coworker).

      good but just be careful

      Pros

      Fair pay. Good campus. I have a good relationship with my manager, and with previous managers. Good focus on the customer. Fewer distractions from the work at hand compared to other employers. Snacks and drinks. Fitness center.

      Cons

      Hours. Recognition. Current model unsustainable. This is a good company to work for, but you need to know some things before you join. This is a good match if you are young and healthy with few outside commitments i.e. family. And you need to be more thick-skinned here. When you put in "above and beyond" commitment, over and over again, you will not be recognized for this.
