Pros

Progressive Leasing does a great job at giving shout outs, having competitions, and recognition for good work. They are a company with great work life balance with a fair attendance policy and flexible supervisors who care. The team camaraderie also helps socially since it’s work from home.

Cons

The yearly raises for a high performer (the kind you don’t want to lose to another company) is really not that much better dollar wise than those who hit bare minimum (the kind you wouldn’t mind if they quit). The other con is whenever they are about to layoff employees they start having meetings about how amazing the company Is doing and how everything is fine, and giving excuses about the reason they are doing hiring freezes which leads to lack of trust.

Pros

Such high turn over there's room for growth Time off is always approved Mostly nice people to help trudge through the weeks

Cons

Always short staffed then they reduce it even more. Senior leadership is constantly changing and every new leader wants to do it a different way so the tech is all over the place. Just had a recent layoff and it's the first time they're replacing with offshore contractors. 84 people released on the first day. Another 100+ have to stay until March 8th to train their offshore replacements. Everything is a priority but why isn't tech debt getting done. Raises, promotions and bonuses are all being skipped or seriously reduced following the RIFF.
