Pros
Progressive Leasing has recently gone from small business to Enterprise level of work. There are many opportunities for growth and to ride the wave of success and to have your professional input heard! Management from the top down are great to work with and are detail oriented. My current position entails working with all departments and I absolutely love the variety of opportunities to share my talents.
Cons
There's no ice cream machine! LOL...really, I can't think of anything that would qualify as a Con.
