Pros
They treat their employees so well. Copious amounts of delicious free snacks, fruit, coffee, a full cereal bar, gift cards, and food trucks every day on the work campus. Not to mention the great health insurance benefits, and discounts at some amazing stores / hotels partnered with Progressive. There are endless opportunities for growth, management is so supportive and encourages their agents, and our company meetings feel like a family reunion. When people say the culture at Progressive is beyond anywhere else they've ever worked, they aren't kidding. I did not expect to feel such a strong sense of love for this place.
