From the beginning, I was treated with respect. Everyone I interviewed with was professional, polite, and asked questions that drove excellent conversation so I could better understand the role and culture. Brian in HR outlined the position, who I would be speaking with every step of the way (direct manager, senior manager etc.) so I could come prepared, and overall it took about 3-4 weeks before I was signing my offer letter! Now that I've been here a while, I'm happy in my position and truly believe I was set up for success! Progressive Leasing is a great place to work, with many avenues for growth.
