Good and bad

Pros

Pretty building, good location, great swag, great parties, nice gym, free snacks. Executives seem to be decent and intelligent. You see a lot of young people getting chances for advancement that they would never get anyplace else.

Cons

If you want work life balance, this isn't the place for you. You take turns being on call and getting dragged out of bed at 2 am. It is common to see people coming in to work with raging fevers and walking pneumonia. The most successful employees are the ones that put in a full day's work and then log in at 11 pm, when the dev server has some bandwith. An awful lot of the unpaid overtime is due to hardware issues and bad policy. 3 people on one team got set up for failure and were fired. HR badmouthed the fired employees, one of whom had spent 3 months working very long hours trying to save his job. They sometimes fire people after they put in their 2 weeks notice.

Pros

- Great Company - Great Culture - Great Benefits - Fast Growing

Cons

-No work life balance - Management is treats you as if you’re unhuman at times and very dispensable. Despite being a top performer and going above and beyond. The organization does not seem to value strong reliable employees at times when it is in correlation to new expansion possible / merger goals. -Flat promotional opportunities most opportunities are in the Head Quarter locations.

HR Department needs help

Pros

This place has so much going for it. The CEO is a smart guy who is leading the company to new levels of success all the time.

Cons

There is a huge, obvious, major issue in the HR Department. They basically just get in the way without offering any real solutions, just barriers. Turnover is crazy. If no one is taking a closer look and asking questions about what's going on, it's because they don't WANT to know what's going on. It's a glaring issue to everyone else.
