Incredible mission and company

Pros

The company culture is amazing - employees work closely together and enjoy doing so! Our mission is incredible, and employees believe in what we're doing. The company is growing quickly, but has the perks of a smaller company (friday breakfast and lunches, thursday happy hours, team outings, etc). Our CEO is really approachable, which lends itself to the very open collaborative environment. Extremely happy to be working here, and excited to see what the future of the company will bring!

Cons

No major issues - just a fast growing company, which comes with a few challenges but generally really exciting time to be working here.

Pros

I have been with Progyny for 1.5 years, and I can confirm this is a great place to work. People care about the success of the company and bring a great attitude to work every day. A new leadership team joined the company late last year and there's been no looking back. We have now entered a rapid growth phase that's exciting to be a part of. New process is being implemented and existing process is becoming more efficient as we scale the company. The future is certainly bright at Progyny and I'm happy to be part of it.

Great mission, but not a good place to work

Pros

Inspiring mission, the company does really good work. For a startup, work pretty light hours.

Cons

New management team this year is uninspiring and not good at communicating. The CEO came from running a media business to a healthcare benefits business. They don't trust their employees and feel it is okay to insult both current and former employees behind their backs. Unfortunately, the joys of the work are overshadowed by the culture.
