Thank you for sharing your positive experience with compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to meet and work with colleagues around the world. We know that change can be challenging. But PMI is evolving to respond to the needs of our community, and, like most organizations, we sometimes need to adjust our ways of working and structure of our teams. The recent changes resulted in numerous internal promotions and career progression moves, as well as a few role eliminations. Although we are experiencing very strong growth in almost all regions of the world, we have also recruited hundreds of new employees in the last two years.
