      Culture is Toxic, Antiquated Ways of Working, and Slow to no change

      Pros

      Remote work, pay, and recognizable brand to work for. Plus a bonus structure and performance raises.

      Cons

      Lack of structure in ways of working Chaotic ways for teams to communicate HR lacks transparency and likes to sugar coat survey results and find the silver lining to frame everything as progress. Work life balance is ok but leaders have a tendency of messaging on days off or emergency situations demanding urgent responses, There is a bias for tailoring every meeting around east coast time zone even though we are now a global company. Career growth is limited cross functionally and promotions are given sparingly,

      Pros

      Amazing Individuals to work with who are passionate at what they do. My boss is Amazing and I couldn't be happier. I love that they are committed to their Values. It is also a great work/life balance. I get to work remote and be closer to my newborn. There are many mothers/parents. There are women in high positions and a diverse work force. It's like a melting pot of great minds. The benefits are the best I've seen on the market in comparison to even some of the larger companies. The new CEO seems very approachable. But the best part is I get to do what I love, MARKETING!
