      Pros

      Company treats employees well, and managers are fair to those who work hard. Money is good, and company culture is good as well. The job as a whole is a B+ to A for Construction Coordinators.

      Cons

      Considering PRG's bread and butter is OSP field services, staying in one location for more than 2 years is unlikely. Though, such is to be expected with any field services position.

      Wonderful company culture, great leadership, and excellent compensation.

      Cons

      The fact that most positions are contracted with external clients can mean that you can be laid off at any time without warning, but this has no bearing on my opinion of PRG

      Constantly advancing atmosphere. If you want to move up, you will always have opportunities to shine.

      Cons

      Sometimes the management can be hard to get in touch with. HR seems to be off in some other reality.
