Work from home without someone looking over your shoulder

Cons

No overtime pay. On the clock 100+ hours a week. No raises. Zero work life balance. Management doesn't listen to suggestions. Rotating on call with no over time pay. Use your own car and get mileage reimbursed only, but if your car needs service you need to use your PTO time to get it fixed. No Car, no work. No room for growth. Constantly being threatened with termination.
