Where to begin. 1. They push you to do your best---and reward you for it. They are a small company but growing very fast 2. Very Team Oriented--I work in one office but travel to a lot of the other offices and the culture is the same. Work together. Work Smart. Work Hard. Have Fun. 3. Management demands a lot but is very fair. They do not micromanage or watch the clock. They trust that you are doing what you need to do. 4. They pay very fairly.

PRG carefully hand picks their employees base on their capabilities and past performances. All are professionals.

Cons

They need to hire better business development personnel and let them do their jobs. Stop getting personally involved. They have very little work.

Pros

although they only seem to have contracts with one company in the area (Time Warner Cable- soon to be Comcast), they are good paying positions. plenty of opportunity to learn new skills.

Cons

they are really just a temp agency that does not have any consideration for their employees. no support from management in any form (training, policy questions, etc.) interested employees would be much better off applying directly with the employer.
