Wages are competitive, you are rewarded for hard work, they promote from within. Great management team that doesn't micromanage.

Good job. Fairly autonomous. Given solid backing by the customer and left alone as long as the job is getting done. Still a contractor position and work is at the discretion of customer.

Cons

Contractor for large corporation. All the responsibility of regular employee.
