Pros

There were absolutely no pros working at project resources group

Cons

Strong “boys club” culture that can make it hard to feel included or valued. Expectations are extremely high with little to no formal training or onboarding, setting employees up to struggle. Only 12 vacation days for the first 4 years, no dedicated sick time, and overall poor PTO policies make work-life balance difficult. The company hires and fires frequently, creating a lack of stability and a stressful environment. Advancement often feels driven by favoritism rather than performance, and overall support from leadership is lacking.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the environment we aim to provide. We take feedback regarding training, and leadership support seriously and continue to evaluate how we can improve in these areas. We also want to clarify that our PTO offerings are competitive and we regularly review our benefits to ensure they align with market standards and employee needs. We recognize that experiences can vary across teams and over time, and input like this is part of how we assess and improve our practices. We appreciate the feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear the work itself is manageable. We recognize that management styles can be experienced differently, and we continue to focus on ensuring our teams are supported with clear expectations and appropriate oversight. Regarding timekeeping, our position is clear. Work must be recorded and compensated in accordance with applicable laws and company standards. We do not support work outside of recorded time.
