Great, growing organization!

Pros

Outstanding opportunities for people who want to grow, learn and contribute to an organization's overall success. They recognize talent and are pretty good at taking care of the ones who help contribute to that success.

Cons

The original founder has recently stepped down and handed the reins over to the guy that has helped grow the business to the successful firm it is today. While that is really a good thing, allowing the "next generation" to move up, it's also caused a lot of concern throughout the organization. People are at the moment "waiting to see" if the values will remain the same.

Pros

Employees were great to work with - however it was a constant revolving door, once you got a clear picture of the management style.

Cons

Company values suck, they treat employees as slaves. You don't get to have a break. Even on weekends and holidays they make you work. They don't know how to respect people. I decided to leave because I cannot take it anymore.

The worst company

Pros

Coworkers were great, and location was convenient.

Cons

By far the worst company I have ever worked for. No breaks, you had to use the restroom on your time (before or after work or at lunch, or clock out), no talking, no standing, if you request time off and it is granted it will be used against you. If you have an emergency phone call, the message has a high probability of not getting to you.
