      Pros

      Company treats employees well, and managers are fair to those who work hard. Money is good, and company culture is good as well. The job as a whole is a B+ to A for Construction Coordinators.

      Cons

      Considering PRG's bread and butter is OSP field services, staying in one location for more than 2 years is unlikely. Though, such is to be expected with any field services position.

      Pros

      You will get to work whenever you want, from home or in the field, but you will have to get your work done. Traveling around to different areas is great. You make many great contacts through working with different clientele. Management will not get your way unless you are not getting all the work done.

      Cons

      Summer time is busy, winter time is not. You have to keep yourself motivated as you work by yourself with very little supervision. You have to keep a good working relationship with many different companies and that can be difficult sometimes.
