      Pros

      Health, Dental, and Vision are okay.

      Cons

      No communication at all. I would email my manager and never get a response. The PTO is laughable. There's basically nowhere to go within the company. Also found out that my male counterpart was making $13,000 more a year than me with only 1 more year with the company than me. Wow. Just wow.

      Pros

      great place to work when projects are going well. Pays extremely well.

      Cons

      sucks when things are not going well, nearly every time things go bad there seems to be at least one employee that gets sacrificed that was a good worker. New management structure has caused a rift in a morale as politics have divided a region to the point of impacting the quality of work the client receives in a negative manner
