Pros

Work Life, in the past was excellent. Benefits are okay.

Cons

Field Manager lacks any interpersonal skills and professionalism. Recent micromanaging style change. No annual reviews. Lack of coaching. Lack of career development. Little to no feedback. Poor overall communication. No advancement opportunities. Raises are very inconsistent and follow no performance metric. This is a dead end job. You can do better.

Pros

-Very independent position - rarely go to same place twice -mileage reimbursement - well regarded in industry

Cons

- success is highly dependent on location and your manager and teammates in your region - a lot of driving - no additional compensation if you area is very busy - frequency of calls depends on construction work in your territory -annual bonuses are pretty weak - on call

Pros

Management: it’s great working for a supervisor who cares about your professional growth. Teamwork: both management and co-workers are willing to help out at all times. Great compensation package.

Cons

This is a work from home job where you’re on-call for 12 hours a day. Sometimes I get a call close to the end of the shift and I don’t get home until late in the evening.
