      Pros

      Conscientious focus on promoting work-life balance, gorgeous campus, some extraordinary scientists here, exceptional IP portfolio, commercially successful, stable, privately owned and will never go public or be acquired

      Cons

      Risk-aversion, over-analysis of all projects, odd organizational structure that creates cross-functional competition, departments tend to run a little too lean

      Pros

      Campus, flexibility. Benefits. Ability to work remotely. Finally getting new technology for salesteam with 2 in 1 devices, SAP, CRM...way overdue.

      Cons

      Too much fear of CEO...the right changes don't happen because of this. Board of Directors change not good for employees, needs external people to balance internal ideas. too many Hidden agendas and manipulation. Toxic people seem to be protected as they aren't let go..instead they poison the well and the good people choose to leave.

      Organization as a whole treats team members as cogs with specific individual jobs so you can get very good at the set of tasks assigned

      Cons

      Work life balance is NOT as advertised, and the wages do not compensate appropriately given that fact
