Pros

Great people. Very helpful group of people. Managers are reasonable. 40 hour work week and depending on position. Some can be more. Covid really helped increase revenue and growth. Growth looks to be good for a while.

Cons

Pay is 20-30% lower than similar positions in town. Not keeping up. Multiple positions open for 1-2 years due to low pay and high turnover. No room for advancement. Started creating supervisor and lead positions but still have multiple 10+ year employees getting these before a newer employee. Limited diversity especially at top despite trying to promote it.
