      Pros

      The work life balance and company culture are great. There are also very nice incentives and perks for all employees. Overall a very good company to work for

      Cons

      Flat management structure can often create confusion and lack of ownership. However everyone is very easy to work with in most departments. The pay is quite low as compared to similar companies

      Pros

      It’s great! Pay, benefits (401k, vacation, sick, personal, and caregiver leave are first class), fitness centers around campus, multiple cafeterias, feels like a college campus on the prairie and in the woods. Coworkers are knowledgable, friendly, and approachable. Really great training. On-site massage therapist, physical therapy, auto repair, yoga/relaxation zones, art shows, farmers market—we have an entire team focused on emotional and social intelligence.

      Cons

      Large campus, so some things are spread out. But it’s nice to look at while you walk!
