I have spent most of my career working in the consulting industry, so I've had the pleasure of working with multiple organizations and have dealt with company cultures/philosophies of all kinds. Promega's culture is by far the most unique I've experienced. Truly a company that values employee growth & development. A place where you're voice will be heard. Also, an environment that provides opportunity to not only develop your career, but grow as an individual. The amenities offered are above and beyond anything I've seen elsewhere. I would highly recommend the company.

I joined Promega a little over a year ago and am continuously amazed with all of the amazing things the company has to offer. The culture is one of a kind and we are lucky to have such an amazing campus. (Walking trails, cafeterias or cafes in most buildings (with an awesome culinary team who creates amazing food), wellness center, Zen Zone (saunas, whirl pools, steam room, relaxation room, yoga studio), workout facility in most of the buildings, and a lot of open work spaces). The CEO truly values each and every employee and it shows in the way he runs the business. It’s a company where you can feel comfortable to be yourself and know that the work you’re doing is appreciated. It's also an environment where work life balance is a real thing and not something that is used as a recruiting ploy that never comes to fruition.
