      Pros

      Promega truly cares about their employees. They treat people as people and not numbers. They provide opportunities to grow both professionally and personally. Culture is unique and what would make it hard to leave. Products we produce make a difference in the world.

      Pros

      Promega offers it's employees a great place to work. The benefits and perks they offer make it evident that they care about their employees first. They live by the philosophy of "Happy employees create a successful company".

      Cons

      I really cannot think of any cons about working at Promega. They offer a very flexible work environment, so someone who needs a lot of structure and a lot of direction in their jobs may not thrive.

      Pros

      I am so fortunate to work at a company like this. Promega is truly a place that cares about their people! The environment is wonderful, the work is challenging and fun and the people are so passionate about the company! An extremely positive company to work in and for! I couldn't be happier!
