Promega is really making an effort to ensure we are the best we can be as people, professionals, community members, etc. The programs and focus around ESI (emotional and social intelligence) has been life changing for me and many others in the organization.

Cons

Walking between buildings on the Madison campus in the winter can be a challenge.
