      Pros

      Company has invested in brand and family oriented culture with great moral values. They provide excellent training programs, and reward employees through recognition both monetarily and with awards. Monetary recognition is predictable, and competitive with other management companies.

      Cons

      Like many management companies, you some times need to leave for them to truly appreciate your value. Several employees have left only to return within a year, and others left to take promotional opportunities that could have been fulfilled internally.

      Pros

      Believes in giving back to the community Jackie Safier is a great leader and very approachable Lots of internal opportunities to learn and grow internally The company had a lot of old timers who just kept getting promoted because of their tenure instead of skill set. The deadwood is all gone now

      Cons

      Salaries are low in general The corporate gets more opportunities than the field Your work situation depends on your boss The HR department does not maintain confidentiality. Unless you are a manager, you can be assured that you will not get any justice in case of any issue. HR will always side your manager, fire you and spread bad stories about you. Have seen it happen too many times.

      Pros

      Prometheus cares about it's employees (aka Prometheans) and the communities that we operate in. There are numerous opportunities to participate in organized volunteer activities like Habitat for Humanity and Housing Industry Foundation, as well as being supported for projects inline with your personal passions. Roundtable meetings happen at regular intervals and new employees get to sit down with the president and other execs to share how they feel about the company and their jobs. Training is provided for everything from our cultural traits to positional skills. With the growth of the company there are lots of opportunities for movement and advancement. Healthcare benefits are as good or better than any company I have ever worked for.

      Cons

      Let's call this a challenge rather than a "Con"... No matter how you slice it, company culture should be the same through and through, property to property, manager to manager, team to team. This requires individual responsibility for words and actions.
