      Great start with the company until times goes on and you start to see the flaws.

      -100% paid healthcare for families -good training program

      Cons

      -The “culture” is only felt if you are friends with the right people. -Pay is below average and renewal commission is nonexistent (especially considering the emphasis made to the company on how much revenue is lost if people move out.)
