Prometheus Real Estate Group is by far the best real estate company in the Bay Area to work for. Their company culture and cultural traits make you feel as though you are not just a number in a large organization, but an asset to the team no matter what department you are in. I have never worked at a place where there were so many genuine people surrounding me on a day to day basis. The opportunity for growth is tremendous as well as the pay rate even for entry level employees. The locations are also good as they are located all throughout the bay area (with the exception of SF and north bay)
