      Offers good service to people, employees need more recognition.

      Pros

      Helping people get their claims approved is a good service. My co workers are fun, kind, and nice. I appreciate the meals we have together for holidays and the halloween party, things like that make it feel like a family. There should be more times like that though.

      Cons

      I feel bad taking days off. I don't have as much PTO as I am used to. Pay is low across the board for what we do. Recognition or employee of the month would add a fun element.

      Pros

      There’s a good balance between guidance and independence. I like that it feels both professional and relaxed. I really appreciate how approachable everyone is.

      Cons

      Current PTO accrual. I’ve found it a bit limiting for maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We are not given federal holidays off, but are considered a federally associated company. Also not given very important holidays such as Christmas Eve, and for parents that is a heartbreaking time to be away from your children while health care facilities, CMS and DFS are all closed.

      Pros

      the flexibility, support and collaborative culture where team members communicate well, share a common goal of providing high quality outcomes, also, having clear goals and strong sense of purpose.

      Cons

      I wish there was a more structured hiring and training process - while I understand that the program is still new and still have some birth pains with the process - a more streamlined training process I think will improve quality outcomes for new hires.
