I am grateful for the management because I do feel they most times have the best interest for us. From here at work and making sure we are okay outside of work. For example taking time off using PTO or not. I am grateful for that. Makes me feel appreciated and that they do care!

Cons

Not at the moment. But I would like to hopefully have a chance to work hybrid or full time remote one day. Just as a suggestion. I know they are growing here and that we are slowly growing a steady rate. It be nice to have that as an option.

Pros

ProPeer Resources is growing at a rapid pace. While this can bring minor growing pains, I think the Teams and Managers are doing a really great job navigating the changes/growth and I am excited to see where we go!

Cons

With Growth, comes opportunities to scale...I think we are in that awkward stage between small mom and pop, and becoming an Industry leader. The ride is bumpy right now, but it will be worth it.

Company culture is key and I like that we get to improve the quality of life for all people we serve. I like the engagement events and quarterly all-teams meetings too!
