Pros

Great benefits Great people — my colleagues are all wonderful, fun people to be around. Employees here are a very unique combination of nice, outgoing, and intelligent, which makes them a blast to spend time with. Great culture — the principals have done an excellent job of curating a group of people and forwarding initiatives that contribute to a culture of intellectual curiosity, work-life balance, professional development, and fun.

Cons

None yet! Management does a great job of meeting employee needs and answering concerns.

Pros

Propeller provides a fantastic work-life balance, benefits package, and supports continuing education through various methods of training. I've never worked for a company that genuinely cares about their employees more than Propeller.

Cons

The fast growth and expansion of hiring more employees will likely result in losing the small company, family feel.

Pros

The best part of Propeller, by far, is the people. As one of the founders once said, our product is our people - good work comes out of that naturally. We invest a lot in our recruiting and interviewing process, but we believe that at the end of the day, we get the best people. Unicorns. The founders and senior staff are all very supportive of employees in multiple ways - work-life balance, trust in us as professionals, high expectations matched by high support, the willingness to put people before dollars. It just makes you want to go fight to make sure the world knows how amazing Propeller is.

Cons

I believe that as we continue our exponential growth and start to grow and spread, it will be a challenge to keep that mentality and family spirit. As we start to get layers in the firm and people adjust to new levels of interaction and responsibility, there are growing pains - nothing we can't get through.
