Pros

The coworkers are collaborative, supportive, incredibly smart and driven. The work from the DEI committee is appreciated and made the company stand out to me while going through the hiring process as a job applicant with a disability. I like the local model means I can safely put down roots in my community. The benefits are great.

Cons

Depending on the assignment there can be a large amount of variations in preparing the consultant for the work. However they do have many internal support systems to help while you are in any role.
