Respectful balance of personal and professional lives. "Utilization target" model = you manage your own time and relationship with the client. It means you don't "accrue" vacation. You take PTO as needed as long as you hit your annual utilization target. It means you get credit for every hour you work.

From Day 1, Propeller leadership has shown extreme transparency both in operations and strategic positioning of the firm. Not a day goes by when I don't learn something new about the industry or a client industry from fellow consultants as well as members of the leadership team. The firm is very accommodating of employee led initiatives both inside and outside of the firm. Because most of the leadership has been with the firm since inception, they are not only aware of but responsive to consultant concerns while working with clients and work to positively mediate any issues while maintaining good relationships. There is a true sense of fiduciary responsibility to both consultants and clients which takes alot of time and effort to maintain but is also top of mind.
