Pros

Amazing, transparent, supportive leadership and colleges. Some of the best people I’ve ever worked with.

Cons

Not a lot of opportunities for advancement. Assignments feel like staff augmentation. Pay is low for Bay are cost of living.

Pros

- Full of genuinely kind and awesome people - Values educational development and pays for certifications

Cons

- The work is purely staff augmentation - If a client or assignment is not a good fit, management has no incentive to move the consultant and will keep the consultant in place for every contract extension requested by the client - Salaries are a bit low and compensation conversations are kept vague at mid year and end of year reviews
